HEALTH & SAFETY

JRP Creative Media and JRP Studios operate an extensive CCTV system on site at JRP Studios. This is for the protection of all parties.

CCTV

JRP Creative Media and JRP Studios operates a deposit system on all bookings.

The deposit fee amounts to 50% of the total booking fee, regardless of the type of booking made.

On completion of the booking form, the booking party will receive an email from either bookings@jrpcreativemedia or bookings@jrpstudios respectively. This email will contain the payment details, and notice that on receipt of payment the booking is confirmed.

We will hold the booking date for 48 hours and no booking is confirmed until receipt of the deposit.

DEPOSITS

CANCELLATION POLICY

In respect of an independent booking, a deposit can be can be ‘floated’ to a rearranged date at the time of cancellation. The rearranged booking must be of the same duration as the original booking, and occur within two weeks of the original booking date.

However, if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking date, 100% of the total booking fee is due.

In respect of commercial bookings, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

INDEPENDENT & COMMERCIAL BOOKINGS

With respect to events, workshops and model days all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to the fact that in such instances, either the studio, the model or both, actively incurs financial outlay prior to the date in question.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS AND MODEL TOURS

Any failure to inform JRP Creative Media or JRP Studios that you will not be attending a booking (a 'no show') is unacceptable and compromises the viability of both businesses. As such, in all cases of a 'no show', 100% of the total booking fee is due.

'NO SHOWS'

We understand that cancellations are inevitable and occur for many different reasons, and so at JRP Creative Media and JRP Studios we aim to balance the interests of those who use our services with the fact that a business needs to be sustainable.

As such, the decision as to whether or not the cancellation policy is enforced is at the sole discretion of JRP Creative Media and JRP Studios
