Joel photographed my daughter's wedding in June 2023, and he was absolutely outstanding... He took images that really caught the beauty, love and enjoyment of the day. Joel is literally the boss! I’m not sure there’s anything he doesn’t know when it comes to photography. His extensive experience both sides of the camera means he has a brilliant understanding of all aspects of creating great imagery, and being a genuinely nice bloke he is easy and lots of fun to work with. I’ve known him a while now and his skills still continue to surprise me - from lighting to helping with posing, from composition to photography post-production, he is a Master! On top of that, JRP Studios is the most incredible facility with a brilliant studio, huge versatile grounds and all sorts of props and equipment to help make a shoot top notch and often incredibly unique. Anyone who works with him won’t regret it, so if you get the chance to, seize it with both hands!

Since meeting Joel my photography has improved leaps and bounds. His attention to detail took me to a whole new level of seeing subjects and interpreting ideas. The club shoots he leads at JRP Studios are stimulating and extremely varied. I thoroughly suggest having some 'one to one' tuition with him. Joel is a superb model and actor and as such passes on his experience from both sides of the lens. I rate the shots I have taken with him as some of my best. He helps but is never prescriptive. Oh, and did I mention he is a top bloke! Great company, inspirational but always thoroughly professional. 110% input guaranteed, I cannot recommend working with Joel highly enough.
